Progress

Designed for beginners and those returning from injury, Foundations focuses on proper form, developing stability, foundational movement patterns, and building confidence in a progressive program. This level helps you establish consistency and feel comfortable starting—or restarting—strength training in a supportive environment.

Where confidence grows.

Progress is for those ready to build increased strength and momentum. This level uses a variety of progressive programming to facilitate the development of strength and muscle endurance. You’ll develop a deeper understanding of your body and grow confidence in your ability to train safely and effectively through more complex exercises.

Resilience

Where strength opens new possibilities.

Resilience is designed for clients ready to transition toward independent or higher-intensity strength training. This level incorporates advanced movements and higher-volume programming while reinforcing safe, adaptable habits rooted in strong foundations.

Life happens. re-enter at any level after injury, time away, or major life changes.

Pricing & Commitment

True North Training programs are offered in 6-week cycles to support consistency and meaningful progress. Each cycle includes two 60-minute small-group training sessions per week.

Investment: $600 for 6 weeks.
All programming, coaching, and equipment are included. No gym membership fees or additional costs.

This structure allows us to provide personalized coaching, intentional progression, and a supportive small-group experience—so you can focus on building strength with confidence.
