The Introduction is a more personal one-on-one session to get to know you and to introduce you to our approach. We’ll move through a simplified version of one of our classes, chat about our programming and your goals, answer any questions you have, and help you decide the right place to start. If you are considering joining us, this is a great place to begin.

The Open Build

A Complimentary Session

The Open Build is an open invitation to experience our training. Expect a thoughtfully structured workout rooted in our Build methodology, designed to be approachable and effective. Whether it’s your first time joining us or part of your routine, this is where you get a feel for how we train.

Registration is required and space is limited.
